We have many message boards here, and sometimes the names can be a bit confusing.
Here we offer a some information about each board, what it's about and what's on-topic.
ALPHA FLIGHT- First appearing during the Claremont/Byrne years of X-Men, Alpha Flight is Canada's own super-team from Marvel Comics. They survived a lengthy first run, and had a short-lived second volume. On topic is any and all members and hangers-on, and their appearances in other books. Comics discussed include Alpha Flight (all three volumes) and any collective or individual member appearances.
AQUAMAN- DC's King of the Seven Seas rules this board, with Mera, Tempest, Lagoon Boy or any others of DC's undersea characters and their allies on-topic in their many and varied appearances. Books discussed include Aquaman, JLA, Justice League Adventures, Super-Friends, and any appearances by any of the Aqua-crew in other books.
BLUE BEETLE - DC's Blue Beetle has a long history and a new one as well. From Charlton's older character to the newest to hold the name, all the Blue Beetles and supporting characters are on topic.
CABLE/DEADPOOL - One of the five original Sanctuary Comic Boards, Marvel's Merc With The Mouth, Deadpool and Cable are the topic of discussion on this board. Wade's wild and wacky adventures are all on topic here, as well as Cable's adventures. Comics discussed include Deadpool, Cable, and any appearances they have made in other books. And the answer to your first question is SHADDUP! : )
CONAN - "Hither came Conan the Cimmerian, black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand, a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweled thrones of the earth under his sandled feet." Comics discussed include Conan, and any appearances he has made in other books.
GOD SQUAD - This board focuses on the godly characters of the Marvel Universe including the Eternals and various demi-gods. It also includes the Order and the Champions of LA characters of Angel, Black Widow, Darkstar, Hercules, Iceman, and Ghost Rider.
HELLCAT - This board discusses Patsy Walker (Hellcat) and any other Marvel felines. Meow!!! GRRR!!!
HEROES FOR HIRE - A fist of iron. Skin of steel. Luke Cage and Danny Rand teamed up to become the original Heroes For Hire! Later adding several members like She-Hulk, Hulk, Hercules, Black Knight, White Tiger, Ant Man and others, they became a full-fledged team! Books discussed include Iron Fist, Heroes For Hire, Luke Cage, Power Man/Iron Fist or any appearances by the members of the team and associates around the Marvel Universe.
SHE-HULK - The She-Hulk board discusses the adventures of the strongest woman in the Marvel Universe. On-topic are her roles in her solo titles (all of them, including her current one), Avengers, Fantastic Four, Heroes For Hire, and other books. Yes, that's Jennifer all right---she's all over the Marvel Universe!
SPIDER-WOMEN - This webbedly wonderful place is the spot to talk about the women of the web, Jessica Drew, Julia Carpenter, Mattie Franklin, Black Widow(s), and their related friends and foes! Spider-Girl is off topic as she has a home at comicboards.
STARMAN - The board that started it all. This board discusses Starman in all his DC comic incarnations. It does include Stargirl and S.T.R.I.P.E.
ULTIMATE UNIVERSE - Two years ago, Marvel Comics decided it was time to reinvent themselves. And so the Ultimate Universe was born! Any and all characters under the Marvel Ultimate imprint are on-topic. Books discussed include Ultimates, Ultimate Spider-Man, Ultimate X-Men, Ultimate Fantastic Four, Ultimate Adventures, Ultimate Daredevil & Elektra, Ultimate Team-Up and any other Ultimate titles Marvel comes up with.
U. K. COMICS - Any and all characters under the Marvel U.K. imprint are on-topic. Books discussed include Captain Britain, Black Knight, Excalibur, Knights of Pendragon, Clandestine, Death's Head, Mys-TECH and any other character or titles based in or associated with the U.K.
WONDER MAN - Simon Williams was a struggling industrialist who made a grave error in his life. Baron Zemo turned him into an ionic powerhouse and set him against the Avengers. With fists as strong as Thor's hammer, Wonder Man repented of his wrong choices and turned to the side of good. Wonder Man, Grim Reaper, Beast, Vision are all on topic, here.
YOUNG MARVEL - Marvel's next generation of heroes, Iron Lad, Patriot, Hulkling, Asgardian, Vision, Stature, and Kate Bishop are on-topic. The board has expanded to include other young Marvel characters. The Avengers, the New Warriors, and the Runaways are not on-topic as they have their own boards.
INITIATIVE - This is a board that follows some of the obsure teams that were created following the events of Civil War in the Fifty State Initiative in the Marvel Universe.
MARVEL GUIDE - A board devoted to gathering information on every character in the Marvel Universe and adding it in the Unofficial Handbook of the Marvel Universe database.
MARVEL TOYS - A site focusing on Action Figures, originally of the Marvel Legends line, but now focuses on the Marvel Universe 3.75" line. All toy discussions, however, are welcome.
MOCKINGBIRD/HAWKEYE - Here you can discuss the Marvel character Mockingbird or Hawkeye.
MOON KNIGHT - Here you can discuss any titles or characters relating to Marvel's Moon Knight.
MS MARVEL - Welcome to the Ms. Marvel Message Board!! Here you can discuss any titles or characters relating to the original Marvel series of the 1970s, or the present series or any series featuring Carol Danvers, Ms. Marvel, Binary, and Warbird.
NEW WARRIORS - A team was gathered and bonds were formed. Young heroes from around the Marvel Universe worked together as the Warriors! Night Thrasher, Justice, Firestar, Speedball, Nova and Namorita formed the core of an ever-growing, ever-changing line-up. Books discussed include both volumes of New Warriors and their appearances in other books.
NOVA - This board discusses the Marvel comics character, Nova. This includes Nova, Nova Prime, the Nova Corps, and other Marvel space characters/series.
SCARLET WITCH - This board discusses the Scarlet Witch in all the series she's been in and with all her family, like Magneto, Quicksilver, Bova, Vision, Wonder Man, Puppy, and others.
SENTRY - A place to discuss the character with the power of a million exploding suns. Marvel's newest powerhouse.
SHAZAM! - When Billy Batson says the magic word SHAZAM! he instantly becomes the World's Mightiest Mortal...Captain Marvel! Empowered by the gods, he and the Marvel Family battle evil in the name of good! On-topic are Captain Marvel, Mary Marvel, Captain Marvel, Jr., any of the Marvel family or other heroes from the Fawcett Comics stable. Books discussed include the Golden-Age Captain Marvel, Shazam!, The Power of Shazam, any books published by Fawcett Publications and any appearances by the characters in Fawcett or DC Comics.
